History
Executive Summary
ProclinTek, LLC “ProclinTek” wants to enter and be a leading high technology specialty services provider to the pharmaceutical/pharmacology and vertical clinical research market by providing and designing proprietary and specialized software. The company recently incorporated to fulfill its goal of serving the areas of research and development support to the clinical trials regulatory submission and post market surveillance to major pharmaceutical companies in the US. ProclinTek wants to provide services in three different areas, the first and primary being, and an end-to-end service in life sciences provider to major pharmaceutical companies. Then, second, it wants to start staffing consulting services to its clients by leveraging the need of its clients and then third; one being an information technology service provider to the clients in the areas of pharmacology and clinical research. After the above about 3 expanses, ProclinTek wants to come up with the new facade of developing a software products in pharmacovigilance to serve such companies such as Genetech, Johnson & Johnson, Celgene Corp., Teva Pharmaceuticals, Bayer Pharmaceuticals PPD Shire/ Baxalta, Janssen R&D, GlaxoSmithKline, Immucor, Inc., AstraZeneca, Ashfield Healthcare, Merrimack Pharmaceuticals etc, to name a few. All of these companies are the market leaders in our industry.
Product Overview
ProclinTek wants to primarily provide services to the pharmaceutical companies’ software, which assists in case processing, patient safety compliance management, risk management and other vigilance related services. Specifically, our proprietary software the “ProclinTek Software” is drug safety management solution software, which will provide a comprehensive and holistic solution for clinical and post marketing safety. It includes case management, report preparation, electronics submissions, and benefit & risk management as per the various Pharmacology regulatory authorities like ICH, FDA, EMA etc and other national drug regulatory authorities in the US. Additionally, ongoing and new drug trails are innumerous and continuously evolving and the number of previous drug trials is almost infinite. This market segment is known as “pharmacovigilance” which refers to “drug safety as it pertains to collection, detection, assessment, monitoring and prevention of adverse effects with pharmaceutical products”. So it is essential to have a record of drug reactions, benefits and risk associated with them, which helps the pharmaceutical companies to avoid repetitive and superfluous trails.
